Courtney Briones' (USDF bronze and silver medalist) background includes over 18 years of riding experience. She has proven her riding abilities in the dressage show ring for the last decade. Courtney has won several regional championships, high points, and national awards for her riding and was also a member of the 2007 Region 6 NAYRC team.

Briones Dressage offers training for all levels of horses and riders.  Achieving a solid foundation by developing strong basics is the only way to be successful at all levels of riding. Once a foundation is built, the more advanced work comes much easier. Courtney believes that a horse can only be as correct as its rider. A correct seat, along with accurate aids and timing is a significant part in training. Since dressage is a physically demanding activity, Courtney encourages rider's to maintain their physical health and fitness outside of their riding. Courtney recognizes that all horses and riders are different, and customizes her daily training program according to their individual needs and abilities. Whether it is your goal to show or ride for fun, Courtney's lessons are positive and beneficial to every horse and rider.

Courtney is available to train and instruct, five days a week at Tall Firs Equestrian Centre in Redmond, Washington or at your barn of choice.

Courtney has studied under some of the most renowned dressage trainers in the world including:
